My Life Is An Offering

Our lives are not our own. We belong to Christ and we devote ourselves to His purposes.

This week we're learning a new song to express our devotion to Christ. Listen above and come ready to sing with us.

MY LIFE IS AN OFFERING

Verse 1
This life is an altar
Where I want to offer
My soul and my mind and strength
Cleansed by Your mercy to live a life worthy
Of the One who called my name

Chorus
Jesus, be glorified
Jesus, be magnified
Let me be a pleasing sacrifice
Jesus, be glorified
Jesus, be magnified
Here at the altar
My life is an offering

Verse 2
How could I not love You?
You authored my rescue
Raised me up, from death to life
Your Spirit is in me, revealing Your glory
Oh, what joy as I give my life

Bridge
I choose to lose my life, Lord
And find it in You

Sing Your Story

This Sunday we sing a new version of an old song. And Can It Be? sets the story of every Christian to a beautiful melody. It's nothing short of a miracle that we now adore a crucified Savior. We who were imprisoned in sin have been liberated by Jesus. We live forever to know and enjoy Him. All of this is His doing and it makes us glad to sing.

AND CAN IT BE?

Verse 1
And can it be that I should gain
An int’rest in the Savior’s blood?
Died He for me, who caused His pain
For me, who Him to death pursued?
Amazing love, how can it be
That Thou my God shouldst die for me?

Chorus
Amazing love, how can it be
That Thou my God shouldst die for me?

Verse 2
He left His Father’s throne above
So free, so infinite His grace
Emptied Himself of all but love
And bled for Adam’s helpless race
’Tis mercy all, immense and free
For O my God, it found out me!

Verse 3
Long my imprisoned spirit lay
Fast bound in sin and nature’s night
Thine eye diffused a quick’ning ray
I woke, the dungeon flamed with light
My chains fell off, my heart was free
I rose, went forth, and followed Thee

Verse 4
No condemnation now I dread
Jesus and all in Him, is mine
Alive in Him, my living Head
And clothed in righteousness divine
Bold I approach th’ eternal throne
And claim the crown, through Christ my own

Taking Jesus Up On His Offer

The Kindest Command

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Jesus' offer still stands. If we will cast our burdens on Him, He will give us the rest we need.

This Sunday, we sing a new song to lead us in doing just that. Listen and come ready to sing with us and ask for Jesus' help.

I LAY IT ALL

VERSE 1
When troubles come, when darkness crowds
When fortunes fail and loss surrounds
My soul is weak, but Christ is strong
And so to Him I leave it all
For He Who holds all things
Can bear each care I bring

CHORUS
So, I lay it all on Jesus
Steadfast is the love of Jesus
He hears my cry, He’s faithful
I lay it all on Jesus

VERSE 2
When questions rise, when faith wears thin
When fears come fast, and truth grows dim
The One Who saved will not forsake
I’ll trust His word and trust His way
For He Who bore my blame
Can bear each care I name

BRIDGE
I am weak; You are strong
Jesus, come and take it all
All my cares I cast on You

TAG
I lay it all, I lay it all on Jesus

Singing A Psalm

This Sunday, we introduce a new song for our congregation: Psalm 62. Listen above so that you are ready to sing along!

PSALM 62

Verse 1
My soul finds rest in God alone
My rock and my salvation
A fortress strong against my foes
And I will not be shaken
Though lips may bless and hearts may curse
And lies like arrows pierce me
I'll fix my heart on righteousness
I'll look to Him who hears me

Chorus
O praise Him, "Hallelujah!"
My Delight and my Reward
Everlasting, never failing
My Redeemer, my God

Verse 2
Find rest my soul in God alone
Amid the world's temptations
When evil seeks to take a hold
I'll cling to my salvation
Though riches come and riches go
Don't set your heart upon them
The fields of hope in which I sow
Are harvested in heaven

Verse 3
I'll set my gaze on God alone
And trust in Him completely
With ev'ry day pour out my soul
And He will prove His mercy
Though life is but a fleeting breath
A sigh too deep to measure
My King has crushed the curse of death
And I am His forever

Bridge
O praise Him, O praise Him
Hallelujah, hallelujah
O praise Him, O praise Him
Hallelujah, hallelujah
O praise Him, O praise Him
Hallelujah, hallelujah

We Sing What We Love

We sing about Jesus because we love Him.

We sing about Jesus because we need Him.

This Sunday join us in singing a new song that connects our great need to our even greater Savior. Listen above or use our Spotify playlist so that you're ready to sing with us.

CHRIST IS MINE FOREVERMORE
Verse 1

Mine are days that God has numbered
I was made to walk with Him
Yet I look for worldly treasure
And forsake the King of kings
But mine is hope in my Redeemer
Though I fall, His love is sure
For Christ has paid for every failing
I am His forevermore

Verse 2
Mine are tears in times of sorrow
Darkness not yet understood
Through the valley I must travel
Where I see no earthly good
But mine is peace that flows from heaven
And the strength in times of need
I know my pain will not be wasted
Christ completes His work in me

Verse 3
Mine are days here as a stranger
Pilgrim on a narrow way
One with Christ I will encounter
Harm and hatred for his name
But mine is armor for this battle
Strong enough to last the war
And He has said He will deliver
Safely to the golden shore

Tag
And mine are keys to Zion city
Where beside the King I walk
For there my heart has found its treasure
Christ is mine forevermore

Bridge
Come rejoice now, O my soul
For his love is my reward
Fear is gone and hope is sure
Christ is mine forevermore!
