On Sunday Pastor Dustin preached from Romans 10:14-21. These verses are clear that the only way someone can be saved is to believe God's message. The only way they can hear that message is if we tell them. Most importantly, God is working in power through all of it.
On Sunday Pastor Eric preached these incredible words to us, "all who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved." You cannot do enough to please God. But if you cast yourself upon His mercy, He will save you. Every man, woman, and child is welcome to do so.
This past Sunday Pastor Eric tackled the age-old issue of divine sovereignty and human responsibility. God is sovereign in salvation and we are responsible for our decisions. These two truths are friends in Scripture. We need them both.
