Tomorrow the women of Sovereign Grace Church are gathering for a 1-day retreat. They are taking God up on His promise to draw near.
We want to have a church full of women who are satisfied in their Savior. As they sing, learn, and pray tomorrow, join us in asking God to delight them.
This Sunday God will be adding new members to Sovereign Grace Church. They are gifts given to us by God to strengthen us. Our lives are bound together in Christ for encouragement, edification, and mission.

This Thursday at 7pm our youth continue their series on the seven angriest questions about religion. This week they wrestle with the following:
What do Christians think about mental health? How does demon possession play into this? Should we pray for the sick or give them medicine?
Youth from inside and outside the church are welcome. Email Lisa if you have a teenager who would like to join in.
This past Sunday Pastor Eric tackled the age-old issue of divine sovereignty and human responsibility. God is sovereign in salvation and we are responsible for our decisions. These two truths are friends in Scripture. We need them both.

The Hilbert Museum of California Art is host to some of the best art pieces representing California history and culture. Everything from surfer culture to citrus groves to Disney. Admission is free and it's walking distance from the Plaza. If you've never been, then make sure to plan a trip. You'll walk away with a greater appreciation for the place we are privileged to call home.
Baptism is the outward sign of an inward change, a heart that has been made alive by the power of God. Baptisms please God, encourage the church, and proclaim the gospel to those who don't yet trust in Christ.
We will be holding a baptism immediately following our Sunday morning service on March 4th.
