All his life, Dee Nguyen worked hard to achieve his dream of being head chef in a fine dining restaurant. But just as he was poised for success, he walked away from his dream job at the Ritz-Carlton so that he could devote himself to caring for his severely injured child.
The TODAY Show featured a heart-warming story about a star chef in Orange County who opened his own restaurant so that he could care for his quadriplegic son. The original restaurant is in Laguna Hills but they are relocating to Old Towne Orange.
