Making the Most of the Season

Monthly Prayer Service

And he said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.” For many were coming and going, and they had no leisure even to eat.
Mark 6:31

The Lord invites us to rest in the midst of a restless world. Prayer is the way to experience this promised rest.

This Sunday
December 8th
3:30pm-7:00pm

Each year our city hosts a tree lighting ceremony to kick off the Christmas season. There are activities for kids, booths from local organizations, and traditional Christmas carols performed by choirs and an orchestra. It’s a beautiful evening.

All of our neighbors will be there. A big group from our church will be there too. Come join us!

Buy a Gift This Sunday

Joyful Generosity

This Sunday we are collecting money to purchase gifts for residents of the House of Hope. You'll be able to choose a name, fill out a card, and make a donation of $35 per recipient. Venmo or cash. This is our chance to bless some of our favorite neighbors during the holidays.

The Turbedskys are hosting a gift-wrapping party on Friday night, December 20th. For details, contact Pastor Eric or Kirsi.

A Special Offering

Big-Hearted

‘Big-hearted’ is what ‘benevolence’ means. By God’s grace, that’s who you are.

Our Benevolence Fund is an expression of God’s generosity and yours. It exists to enable church leaders to extend practical help to those in need. We’ve utilized this fund to meet the needs of members in our church and neighbors outside of our fellowship.

We’re taking a special Benevolence Offering on Sunday, December 22nd. This is your opportunity to give above and beyond so that our church continues to have the resources to support those who need a helping hand.

Pray. Talk to your spouse. Set aside money so that you can give in faith to this fund on Sunday, December 22nd.

Thank you for being a big-hearted church.

Why Don't They Believe?

John 12:37-50

We gather every Sunday to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ proclaimed. God's Word is preached and the Holy Spirit transforms our hearts. We expect to encounter God and be equipped to better serve him each week.

Thanks to all who missed the sermon because you were serving during the service. We are grateful for you and couldn't have done it without you. Enjoy listening to the recording.

We Give Thanks

Thanksgiving to the One Who Has Done Great Things

Songs are God’s gift to those with grateful hearts. Our friends at Sovereign Grace Music have written a beautiful song, based on Psalm 107, to help us express thanksgiving to God. Listen to “We Give Thanks” and let your heart soar to the One who has done great things for you.
