Get Ready for Sunday

Christmas Eve Service

Our Christmas Eve candlelight service is almost here. We are only hosting 1 service at 6:00PM. There are two ways you can help us make it the best one yet:

  1. We’ve designed a digital flyer you can text, email, or post on social media to invite family, friends, and neighbors to our service.

  2. Our cookie buffet is looking for bakers. Sign up to contribute 2-dozen cookies from your favorite recipe by emailing Diane.

The links for each of these are below. We can’t do it without you. Thank you for helping us make this a very, merry Christmas at Sovereign Grace.

We gather every Sunday to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ proclaimed. God's Word is preached and the Holy Spirit transforms our hearts. We expect to encounter God and be equipped to better serve him each week.

Thanks to all who missed the sermon because you were serving during the service. We are grateful for you and couldn't have done it without you. Enjoy listening to the recording.

Apply For Our First Marriage Course

“‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.’ This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.”
Ephesians 5:31-32

Our marriages reflect the glorious truth of the gospel. That’s why we give ourselves, by God’s grace, to grow as husbands and wives — so that Christ is honored. In 2024, we are offering a new course to help married couples refresh and refine their relationship.

The course is designed for any couple who desires to grow — whether newlywed, young family, empty-nester, or retired.

The course is led by Pastor Mike and his wife, Lois. Meetings will be held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month for 9 months beginning in January. Each couple who joins will take a “leave of absence” from their small group.

Deadline to Register
This Sunday 12/17/2023

Spots are limited. If you and your spouse are interested, click the link below for more details and to apply. The group will be finalized mid-December and you’ll be notified if you have a spot.

Ask For Wisdom

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.”
James 1:5

Our pastors gather for their monthly meeting this Friday. These meetings are important for nurturing fellowship and working on important issues and initiatives for our church. Would you pause and pray for God to give them great wisdom as they meet, discuss, and plan?
