On Sunday, our intern Dylan Sohie preached from Psalm 84. He reminded us that to be with God is to have everything we need. All who trust in the Lord find themselves safe, strong, and satisfied. There’s no need to be shaken by what we lack, for we have everything in Christ.
The topic of sexual identity is a contentious issue. Opinions are strong. Confusion abounds. We need Biblical clarity and Biblical compassion to engage in ways that glorify God and provide a compelling witness to our neighbors.
We want to equip you to do just that.

The 25th annual Orange Plaza Car Show is happening this Sunday. The Plaza will blocked off and lined with an array of incredible machines.
The car show starts at 8am so grab a coffee, check out the hot rods, and then come to church. Parking will be tight. The earlier you arrive, the better off you’ll be.
Our every-other-year women’s retreat begins on Thursday. We’re eager for the Lord to strengthen and refresh those who will be attending.
Here are a few things you can join us in praying for:
Pray for God to be glorified as the women of our church give this time to gain a deeper understanding of the gospel fruits of faith, hope, and love.
Pray for the Lord to grant the women in attendance a rest from their normal cares and burdens so that they can engage Him and one another.
Pray for Kirsi as she writes and delivers three messages at the retreat. Pray for the Spirit to work in her final moments of preparation and that she would effectively communicate and apply God’s word.
Pray for those ladies who were unable to attend, that God would meet them this week as they continue to serve Him in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
Pray for the dads who will be breaking from their normal routines to give extra time to caring for their kids and keeping their households running.
The resurrection isn't just for Easter Sundays. We sing resurrection songs and preach resurrection sermons all year round.
What makes Easter Sunday at Sovereign Grace so special is that we use it to make memories. We setup a photo booth, enjoy food, and invite our families to come hear the story of how God has given us new life.
Sunday School is canceled. We'll see you at 9:30AM for donuts and coffee.
