Pray For The Women Of Sovereign Grace Church
The Women’s Retreat is This Week
Our every-other-year women’s retreat begins on Thursday. We’re eager for the Lord to strengthen and refresh those who will be attending.
Here are a few things you can join us in praying for:
Pray for God to be glorified as the women of our church give this time to gain a deeper understanding of the gospel fruits of faith, hope, and love.
Pray for the Lord to grant the women in attendance a rest from their normal cares and burdens so that they can engage Him and one another.
Pray for Kirsi as she writes and delivers three messages at the retreat. Pray for the Spirit to work in her final moments of preparation and that she would effectively communicate and apply God’s word.
Pray for those ladies who were unable to attend, that God would meet them this week as they continue to serve Him in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
Pray for the dads who will be breaking from their normal routines to give extra time to caring for their kids and keeping their households running.
