God Wants You to Serve Other People

The church is a gathering of servants.

Could you imagine a family where some of the members are never invited to make a contribution? A few lead, some follow, and others are just there. Enjoying but never contributing.

Sure you can. It's called a family with infants.

The church is like a family, full of people at different levels of maturity. And there are guests. Not everyone is called to serve all of the time. Yet the one who can must orient himself outward. It's their privilege and an act of obedience. We follow our master, who lived as a servant for us.

We follow the Greatest Servant.
