Leadership Development
We offer a number for opportunities for supervised training, experience, and evaluation. It's a part of the culture of our church. We make disciples. We develop leaders.
Internship
This program provides an opportunity to receive focused, structured training and evaluation. Candidates select a discipline (pastoral, administration, music, media, etc.) and upon completion receive a thorough review and recommendation from our pastoral team. We invite anyone to apply, but priority is given to members of our local congregation and denomination (Sovereign Grace Churches).
Pastoral Resident
This program provides an opportunity to serve alongside our pastoral team. Candidates participate in the life of the pastoral team, exploring their readiness to join a pastoral team. The program lasts 12-18 months and may or may not conclude with a nomination for ordination.
THEOLOGY COURSE
This program provides a structured, supervised course of theological study. Upon completion, the candidate will be prepared theologically to pursue ordination within our denomination (Sovereign Grace Churches). The program lasts 18 months and is intended for men pursuing pastoral ministry.
